Fees

The therapy fees are fixed at £95 per session, with proportional increases for sessions longer than 50 minutes. Fees will increase pro-rata . I offer a free 15-minutes initial consultation to discuss needs and explore suitability. The first formal consultation is £90.

Concessions for students and low earners may be available, the rate and affordability for subsequent sessions can be discussed during the introductory call and in the initial consultation.

Session structure

Sessions are held weekly, lasting 50 minutes, to provide a consistent and supportive space. For CBT sessions, which are 60 minutes, fees are adjusted proportionally.

Therapy is open-ended, allowing clients to continue for as long as it feels helpful and aligned with personal goals.

Currently, sessions are offered online, with in-person sessions fully booked at this time. Updates on future availability for in-person appointments will be provided when possible.Availability for in person sessions will be announced when becomes availability.

Confidentiality

I am a registered member of the UKCP, BACP and BABCP, and I adhere to their ethical frameworks to ensure our work remains ethical and confidential. However, there are certain circumstances where confidentiality may need to be breached—for example, if I believe you are at risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by a court order. In such situations, I will always make every effort to discuss this with you beforehand.
